"After yoga class with Katie, I feel like a weight has been lifted. When in class, Katie has a way of making you forget about the outside world so you can focus solely on your body and breath. The music is great and the classes vary so they never get old. Katie is great about giving modifications so you can take the class at a speed that is right for you on a particular day. The sound bath at the end of class is the perfect way to finish and get on with the day."
